Ruskin and Apollo Beach are bayfront communities in southern Hillsborough County, mixing long-time farming families with new waterfront subdivisions. They are the closest Hillsborough areas to our office.

Getting to our office

From US-41 or College Avenue in Ruskin, take I-75 south from Exit 240 or 246 and continue past Punta Gorda. Exit to Burnt Store Road (CR-765) south into Cape Coral, then Pine Island Road east and Chiquita Boulevard S south.

Local information

• Local landmarks: the Manatee Viewing Center, Apollo Beach Nature Preserve, EG Simmons Park and the US-41 corridor through Ruskin.
• Community needs here combine agricultural-worker health concerns, such as hypertension and diabetes, with respiratory conditions among older waterfront residents.
• The drive is about one hour and 45 minutes, the shortest of our Hillsborough areas.
