North Port is one of the fastest-growing cities on the Gulf Coast, with new inland subdivisions along Sumter Boulevard and a broad age range from young families to recent retirees. Most residents reach us by I-75 south.

Getting to our office

Take Sumter Boulevard or Toledo Blade Boulevard to I-75 south, exit at Jones Loop Road or continue to Burnt Store Road (CR-765) south into Cape Coral, then Pine Island Road east and Chiquita Boulevard S south.

• Known points: Warm Mineral Springs, the North Port Aquatic Center and the I-75 interchanges at Sumter and Toledo Blade.
• Rapid growth has outpaced local specialty care, so North Port requests cluster around hypertension, diabetes, asthma in children and adults, and cardiovascular risk screening.
